Job Title: Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 6 months)

Pay: $30-$40/hr. DOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00-5:00

Our automotive client is seeking a Program Manager to support OEM accessory and product development programs from planning through launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and track multiple product development and accessory programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, risks, and milestones.
  • Lead project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level project summaries.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of project management, program management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

We Are Especially Interested in Candidates Who Have At Least TWO of the Following:

  • Automotive product development experience
  • Automotive accessory development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience using Monday.com

Preferred

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Korean language skills are a plus.
